FAQs

Is this a Christmas drive-thru?

No, this is a whole new experience for the area where you step out of your vehichle and immerse yourself in an entire village of Christmas! Worried about the cold? There is indoor shopping in our heated cabins, our town square has Hanke Hall where you can relax with a hot toddy while waiting to meet Santa, or warm up at a number of firepits throughout the property!

Yes, but we have limited capacity each day to ensure that people have the best experience possible, we want to minimize lines and wait times so days CAN SELL OUT. We encourage you to find your desired dates on the calendar and purchase ahead of time. There is a chance you will get turned away at the gate if we are sold out, or you may have to wait for people to leave to be let in.

THERE IS NOT A DISCOUNT TO PAY AT THE GATE. If paying with card we may direct you to purchase tickets through our online ticketing at the gate. If you pay cash, adult tickets are $25, kids tickets OR adult tickets for discount days are $14, and kids tickets for discount days are $8.

Ages 3 to 12 need a ‘kid’ ticket, anyone older needs a regular ‘adult’ ticket, 2 and under are free!

We open for the season November 22nd and remain open daily through New Years Day. We will be closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. The gates open each day at 4pm for people who want to get in early, all of the village will be open and accessible 5pm until 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on Friday and Saturday. After Christmas some vendors and experiences may be closed or unavailable.

There are 3 different parking areas, one is at the original Falconwood Park Lodge and drive-in movie lot. Following Falconwood Park on your GPS will bring you here and is the 2nd entrance into the property. You will then walk by the RV park to the front ticketing gate. The other two lots you will access through the first entrance into Falconwood Park which you can find by entering Hanke Hall into your GPS. There will be handicapped parking in the area closest to the front entrance

Yes there are bathrooms inside the main venue Hanke Hall, as well as a bathroom building at the end of the lane of shopping cabins!

We will email everyone and post on our socials in the case of a blizzard or extreme temperatures but otherwise we will be open, a little snow will only lend to the charm of Falconwood Frosty Nights!

Hit us up at christmasomaha@gmail.com! We can be available for private rentals during the day, evening events will have to wait until January. We would love to host your company Christmas party in January too!

Warm clothes, blankets, and sunny attitudes! You can bring a cart if you want to pull your kids or load up your shopping finds. Clear bags are encouraged but not required. Purses and bags are allowed but are subject to search, please have them open for us to scan or squeeze.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL! We have a bar available so no need to bring your own, plus we have a liquor license so please don’t get us in trouble!

Please no outside food or beverages, we have food trucks and many snacks, treats, and drinks available! We will allow a sealed bottle of water.

Yes just make sure you keep on your wristband!

We do have season passes for sale if you want to come as often as you can in the holiday season! There is plenty to see and do so you might want to come back again and again and keep bringing your family and friends!

All of the parking, village, lights, and Hanke Hall are handicap accessible. Some of the heated shopping cabins are but there are a handful that are not yet accessible for a chair. We are working through ideas and solutions for this.

We take cash, credit, or debit at the gate, bars, and Hanke cookie station. We do on occasion accept Venmo upon request as long as you mark what it is you are paying for so we can track it. Cabin Vendors and retailers will handle their own sales and may offer more or less payment methods.

While we love our furry friends and allow them at many other events, we have to keep our furry friends at home for this one. With the presence of the reindeer we don’t want any reactions on either side of the fence to create any problems. If you have a service animal please keep them away from the reindeer enclosure. Thank you for your understanding.

Check at the front ticketing booth before you go or come back the next day to check at the ticketing booth.
